Stratum has long-term partnerships with various domestic, regional and international institutions.

The European Road Safety Charter is a European platform consisting of companies, associations, research institutions and public authorities. These actors perform concrete activities and share their respective best practices in order to resolve today’s road safety problems, implementing it in their day-to-day environments. The objective of the Charter is to support reduction of road fatalities, whereas more than 2,000 actors (including Stratum and TUT) signed the Charter.

Stratum is one of the founding members of ConnectBaltica, a macro-regional initiative and academic forum for sea, road and rail transport in the Baltic Sea region, whereas involved partners are from the academic, public and private sector cooperating to ease customer operations in intermodal maritime and land transport and to reduce operating costs for ferry, rail and road operators.

ConnectSouthEast is a macro-regional initiative and academic platform for intermodal transport and the use of ITS in South East Europe. The non-profit organisation which is located in Vienna, Austria brings together a number of stakeholders, especially those from the private, public and academic sectors, to build bridges and stimulate research, discussion and cooperation in and between countries in the aforementioned regions.

Based in Malta, ITSMalta is an NGO that brings together individuals and entities in the private and public sectors. The organisation serves collaboration platform that brings together government, academic and business stakeholders. By doing so, the organization promotes ICT-based services and solutions to traffic flow, safety and environmental friendliness. Furthermore, ITSMalta aims to advise the Maltese Government on ITS policy matters from the enterprise knowledge society and transport perspective in accordance with its mission statement and the interest of its members.

ICTCT is an association developed out of an international working group of safety experts with the aim to identify and analyse dangerous situations in road traffic on the basis of criteria other than past accidents, analogous to the methods of air and industrial safety. http://www.ictct.org

STRATUM is a consortium partner strongly cooperating with Estonian Environmental Engineering OÜ (EEE), which is an Estonian export oriented company consisting of six companies having a strong position in various aspects road and traffic planning and design. Now therefore the company provides common marketing and project management for the consortium. The company has been funded in 2011 and a first strategic partnership contract was signed with WSP Civils in 2012, followed by first assignments in the same year. Moreover in 2013 EEE in cooperation with WSP Civils and other partners were awarded contract to plan and design Estonian stretch of Rail Baltic – major railway with European gauge connecting Baltic states to the centre of Europe.

Moving Forward Consulting has been founded by former Vice President for Business Development of Kapsch TrafficCom AG Josef Czako providing services for public and private clients for many modes of transport. Amongst others the company provides General Transport Studies, Road Finance & Enforcement, as well as Business Development Services.

The Vienna-based consulting company wengermayer business consulting, also referred to as “wbc”, offers its services in the areas of business development with sales, marketing, and public relations as well as human resources with recruitment and personnel development.

ICDI is a leading expert in the sphere of complex design of facilities in the building sector. Board member of the Confederation of Builders of Ukraine which unites more than 700 companies of building sector and specialized associations. ICDI offers the full complex of services concerned with construction, starting with geological and geodesic surveys, development and approval of basic versions, development of design and budget documentation, help with obtaining expert opinion, and finishing with supervision in the course of construction and assistance with start up
