Stratum Vienna welcomes Josef Czako as new shareholder and expands its business towards Germany

Vienna, 05.10.2015 Stratum Traffic Engineering GmbH announces new shareholder structure. Thus Mr. Josef Czako former Vice President International Business Developmentof Kapsch TrafficCom AG (KTC) has become new shareholder of the Vienna based specialist in Traffic Analysis, Road Safety, Project Design and Project Management Company, since September 2015. Moreover Mr. Czako will support Stratum’s strategy to expand its business towards German market supporting international ITS suppliers to develop Markets within the DACH Region with special emphasis on Germany.

Therefore as a first step STRATUM will be represented on the German market by local branch office of Demuth Business Partner GmbH in Munich and Mr. Czako’s new venture Moving Forward Consulting.
